OUR ACTING HOPE STORY.
Acting Hope helps create emotionally stronger individuals; we improve the cycle of emotional poverty in children and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds and also give those who have lost hope something to believe in again.
Drama Therapy(HOPE Drama) is the main focus area for Acting Hope and with the support of companies/individuals, we would like to give more individuals the opportunity to empower themselves through drama and therefore be more equipped with life challenges and supporting themselves and their families.
Furthermore, Acting Hope builds on children and women leaving a legacy of giving back to others and their environment.(HOPE Journey).
Children and women are actively getting involved throughout communities in South Africa and abroad to change, develop, uplift and change other individuals’ views of environmental, economic and emotional issues.
Children are a great inspiration for other children, through discovering their own individual talents and abilities; they can plan, organize and implement sustainable projects in their communities. Children’s views and values will either empower or destruct future generations, therefore it is of great importance to involve them from an early age to help build a stronger future generation.
HOW DO WE MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Hope Drama
Children coping with difficulties and differences to other children, coming out of broken homes and surviving abusive situations, find Drama role playing and improvisations very therapeutic and healing. Children are allowed to explore their feelings in a safe environment. Due to the high costs involved in therapy for children and supporting their emotional needs, Hope Drama creates a workable solution that addresses these issues head on.
Outreach in communities
Individuals are given an opportunity to use their talents to make a difference in various communities. We do outreach days where children are ministered, entertained, educated and given an opportunity to be exposed to a variety of activities.
Hope journey international
Women and youth around the world can use their own talents and work on smaller ideas and projects to give hope to communities in need, building their own sustainable projects through a mentorship and support program. HOPE JOURNEY INTERNATIONAL provides opportunities for women and youth from rural and disadvantaged communities in South Africa and abroad to participate in programs focused on empowerment and the nurturing of physical, mental, and educational growth.
WE IMPACT WORLDWIDE
Through our programs we involve Youth/individuals in South Africa as well as Botswana, Namibia, Australia, Philippines, Japan, Zimbabwe, Zambia and USA to become part of a 4-step program

PORTABLE LAP DESKS
I found it fit to assist primary school going children by providing them with portable lap desks as most of African schools do not have enough furniture like tables and chairs for their students.
Our children are our future, we need to support their education at all cost, because giving hope to these children means giving hope to the nation.

MUSE
In my project “Muse”,women work together to increase their self esteem and help with each other. We also respect differences and are pleased to know how we can contribute to others by doing what we love to do . In order to increase the influence of women, Muse provides networking opportunities for women to find strong partners to work with.

HEARTS 4 HOPE
Our main aim is to help people in need. Every one of us is unique as individuals, but our basic needs are all the same.
We are continuously collecting non-perishable foods, clothes, stationary, books, toiletries and more to give to people that really does not have anything.
We strive to do two things:

Creating Circles of Care
The Isibindi and I work together towards food gardens, income generation programs, the save park, child protection and the life center programs. We also support foster care, and disability programs. All the programs have been developed to address special areas of vulnerability.

I started this project, BUBBLES of HOPE as nothing makes my heart happier than seeing a warm smile and excitement on a child’s face I made a difference to.
